Applications to Present

Below you will find the links to the one-hour concurrent session application and the hands-on workshop application.

One-Hour Concurrent Sessions

The deadline has passed for submitting one-hour session applications.

Concurrent sessions are one hour in length.  Presenters may be asked to repeat a session.  Requests for special scheduling considerations must be submitted in writing with the application form.  Otherwise, you should be prepared to present on the date(s) you are assigned.  Each presenter is responsible for providing handouts at his/her session and should be prepared with a minimum of 100 copies.  You will be notified if your session room seats more than 100.  We encourage you to submit your handouts in digital format for posting on the AETC website.  Applications to Present are reviewed by the conference committee.

Hands-on Workshops

(The HOW schedule has been established. We are no longer accepting applications for these workshops. Thank you.)

Each Hands-On workshop session will have up to 20 participants. As part of the workshop, you are expected to provide digital or paper resources for the participants in your workshops. For your convenience, a presenter computer, LCD projector and wireless Internet access will be provided. Twenty (20) participant computers will be provided for use during the workshops with the exception of Bring Your Own Laptop (BYOL). Wireless Internet, MS Office, Adobe Reader, JAVA and Internet Explorer will be available on all HOW workshop machines. Additional plug-ins may be loaded upon request if included in this application.
