Title: Engaging students with technology without student devices!
Digital Tool: Plickers
Digital Tool Description: Plickers is an assessment tool that enables teachers to ask questions and survey classes in real time through the use of one device and visual code cards. This student response system (SRS) provides immediate feedback through cards with an image similar to a QR code printed on them. The teacher asks a multiple choice question and students answer by holding the card with their answer choice facing upward. The teacher scans the room quickly and all answers are recorded by the teacher's device. This SRS keeps students actively engaged and enables teachers to have immediate feedback for assessment and lesson pacing. Reports and questions can be stored and saved.
Title: Computer Hardware - inside the case
Digital Tool: Click-N-Learn (What is inside of the Computer?)
