Description: In this lesson, students become entrepreneurs and they will create a community of businesses by selling goods and services for profit. This lesson requires students to work in groups.  Each group will have its own business to develop.  They will sale consumable goods to their peers for a nominal fee. This lesson allows students to experience a free enterprise system and consumer trade society. All monies collected will be deposited into a local fund account to benefit their CTSO.

Students are responsible for tracking and reporting results of investments, as well as creating a beginers' guide to investing in the stock market using available web 2.0 tools.

Description: This Career/Tech lesson on Financial Aid is an introduction to the process of applying for financial assistance for college. Students will demonstrate the ability to identify, obtain, integrate, understand, interpret apply and disseminate information used everyday. Students should be in their senior year for best results.  This lesson plan contains a Financial Aid component.
