The video shows the process of cream changing to butter. The process is compared to water balloons breaking when thrown. There are fat globules in cream which have a membrane around the globules. When the globules are churned and broken the fat, or butter, sticks together.

The goal is to excite an interest in science by showing the dynamics involved in collisions, acceleration, high speed reactions and motion. This is the first complete video we filmed.
