"Teens, the Internet, and the U. S. Justice System" is a podcast designed to show how the legal system has adapted to the Internet.  The podcast has five court cases which involve: protesting, infringement into school computers, when creative writing becomes criminal intent, when are you responsible with what's on your website, and when graphic arts get too graphic. The object is to help students make good choices when they are on the Internet.

"What Hath God Wrought": A Brief History of Recorded Sound
Overview:
This podcast can be used by either technology teachers or Civics teachers.  Technology teachers can use it to teach the use and possibilities of the new technologies.  The civics teacher can use it to open up discussion on laws and regulations involving those same technologies; as well as the history of recorded music up to today.  The podcast uses hip, cutting edge references to the internet and its associated uses, so kids will "get" it, but it also contains information that parents can use to help them understand their child's use of the internet.
