Much Ado Mayfield Deleted Scene
Overview:
Students created a deleted scene based on the Shakespeare they read in class. Here, the scene is meant to go in front of the original work - a prelude of sorts to what the rest of the play is about. The students were given time after they read the work to envision a scene that could've been in the "deleted scenes" portion of the work.

A Midsummer Night's Dream Reinterpretation
Overview:
Students work to produce a deleted scene from the Shakespeare they have read in class. In this episode, Midsummer Night's Dream is envisioned with a strong female lead character - the consequences of her actions vs. the male lead is what is explored. The podcast also modernizes the story.

A Comedy of Seuss Errors
Overview:
After reading Shakespeare's "A Comedy of Errors," students created deleted scenes for the play. In a similar vein, their teacher created a scene that both summarized the important points of the play - and added a little creative fancy in honor of Read Across America Day.
