Description: Students will experience what life was like for many soldiers during World War I by studying Trench Warfare. They will gain this understanding through pictures, first person audio accounts, and reading poetry from the war. Students will then put themselves in the shoes of the soldiers by writing a letter home to a loved one or a Dear Diary entry.
