Title: Surface Water Testing
Description: In this environmental science lab you will chemically test a nearby creek or pond for dissolved oxygen, pH, alkalinity, hardness and turbidity.  This is a field test and will determine the water quality of standing body of water.  The lab will also test for the presence of coliform bacteria.

Students create educational brochures for tourists to Egypt, explaining the relationship between the Blue Nile and the Nile and the potential water crisis facing Egypt.
