Description: This project based activity will use Sylvia Plath's poem, Mirror, to examine the use of personification and figurative language. The activity may also incorporate the use of technology to produce a multimedia project. This allows collaboration with the Business Tech/Multimedia Publication instructor.

Description: This lesson gives students the opportunity to take a hands-on approach to learning about FAFSA. Students will research and compile information and graphics to create a professional, tri-fold brochure containing information about FAFSA using a variety of software programs.
This lesson plan contains a financial aid component.
