Description: During this lesson students learn about writing learning journals. Students are instructed on the key components of learning journals as well as how to use this type of journal to record what they are learning so that they can retain the information longer. After viewing a learning journal entry, then working in groups to create a learning journal entry, students read an article and write a learning journal entry of their own.
