Description: This is an introductory lesson which will help students realize how people use water and impact water pollution. The students will first observe a clean (or sterile) environment. They will be lead to discover the impact water pollution plays upon our Earth.This lesson plan was created as a result of the Girls Engaged in Math and Science, GEMS Project funded by the Malone Family Foundation.

Description: This is an introductory lesson on sustaining natural resources. By examining simple objects, students will become aware of the need to recycle, reuse, and conserve.
