Overview:

Using an interview format, students relay information about Jackie Mitchell, the girl who struck out Babe Ruth and Lou Gehrig.  A picture of Jackie Mitchell introduces the interview, with transitions resembling a Vintage newscast.  After the interview, students present children's literature about Jackie Mitchell.
