In the first of the series, this podcast provides a tutorial on how to use the basic search function in the Kids InfoBits database of the Alabama Virtual Library. Items discussed include an overview of the categories within the database, narrowing search results, and using information to create products in the elementary classroom. An example of a project-based assessment is included within the podcast.
