Annual Measurable Objectives

According to NCLB, states must set benchmarks toward the ultimate goal of all kids scoring levels 3 and 4 in reading and math by the year 2014.  The chart gets at the heart of Alabama's plan to reach that goal as it shows Alabama's benchmarks or AMO's (Annual Measurable Objectives) for each year leading up to 2014.  These AMO's must be met by all subgroups that have a minimum (n-count) of 40 students.
