The School Improvement Team provides quality, ongoing professional development to LEA teams.  These professional development opportunities, known as School Assistance Meetings, demonstrate continuous improvement strategies that address students' needs.  Representatives from all Alabama School Systems are invited to participate in the trainings and are encouraged to provide turn-around training to their schools.
