The Alabama Virtual Library provides all students, teachers, and citizens of the State of Alabama with online access to essential library and information resources.
The Thinkfinity program provides no-cost, standards-based Internet content for the K-12 teacher and classroom, developed by the nation's content experts. Online resources include panel-reviewed links to top sites in many disciplines, professionally developed lesson plans, classroom activities and materials to help with daily classroom planning, and powerful search engines.
Technology in Motion
Technology in Motion is an initiative to equip teachers with the basic skills of computer applications. This program, provided at no cost to schools, has helped over 10,000 teachers across the state apply these skills, as educators and as classroom managers.
AMSTI- Alabama Math, Science, and Technology Initiative
The mission of the Alabama Math, Science and Technology Initiative is to improve math and science education in Alabama so all students develop the skills necessary for success in post secondary studies and the work force.
