Title: The Product Game
Description:
In the Factor Game, students start with a number and find its factors. In the Product Game, students start with factors and multiply to find the product. The two games work well together because they help students to see the relationship between products and factors.
There are four lessons in this unit.
Standard(s): [MA2015] (4) 4: Find all factor pairs for a whole number in the range 1100. Recognize that a whole number is a multiple of each of its factors. Determine whether a given whole number in the range 1100 is a multiple of a given onedigit number. Determine whether a given whole number in the range 1100 is prime or composite. [4OA4]
