Math Man: Estimate Differences by Rounding

Students will round each number to the nearest 100 place and then subtract to find the difference in this pac-man like interactive game. For example: The difference of 410 - 115 is about 300. To estimate the difference of 410-115 follow these steps: 1. round the first number of 410 to 400 2. round the second number of 115 to 100 3. subtract the rounded numbers 400 - 100 = 300.
