Identify a variety of ways to track fitness and nutrition.
Overview
Students are given a pre-designed activity log in which they chart physical activities they are doing at home or within the community. Some days, the activities are predetermined by the teacher to work on a certain component of fitness. Other days, students are given a list of activity choices to pick from.
