Title: Bacteria Everywhere
Unit Plan Overview: What is the impact of bacteria? In this unit, students will learn about the 12 most unwanted bacteria, as well as healthy bacteria to advocate for safer handling, preparation, and storage of food. This unit can be taught independently, or as part of a larger unit preparing students for ServSafe Manager credentialing.
