Overview:

This resource is a hidden gem for Spanish teachers. It is a collection of over 1,000 images that each portray a different aspect of the products, practices, and perspectives from the southern cone of South America (Argentina & Chile). A description of each photo is provided in English and Spanish. These photos can be used to integrate culturally authentic resources into any lesson. The photos are organized by topics which include: Argentine History, Art & Architecture, Banking & Money, Business & Industry, City Life, Clothing, Country Life, Dates & Festivals, Food & Drink, Free Time & Entertainment, Health & Fitness, House & Home, Jobs & Careers, Nature, Regions & Tourism, Religion, School & Education, Shopping, Sports & Games, Telecommunications and Transportation.
