This learning activity would be beneficial support for a lesson or unit dealing with stress management, specifically identifying stressors, management strategies, and the impact of various health behavior decisions such as tobacco use in dealing with stress. The module includes a digital activity link with follow up questions and guiding questions for discussion and feedback. Additionally, there is a sample activity and video supplement titled, "Stressed." https://www.rightdecisionsrightnow.com/resources/videos/#stressed
