Activity:

The students will join the quiz by using the code provided. The Kahoot! quiz will help students review the skill of telling time with a variety of styles of clocks. They will also practice the difference between AM and PM.

Assessment Strategies:

This game in Kahoot! provides a full access report of the students' responses so that educators can complete a formative assessment.

Advanced Preparation:

To fully use this learning asset, students must have access to devices (does not have to be 1:1) and internet access that allows the website Kahoot!. Teachers can either set up the devices before students arrive, or make the long URL into a tiny URL or QR code if applicable to save time. Also, set up a projector that the teacher can control so that students can read questions asked during the game.

Variation Tips (optional):

If students do not have access to enough devices, this game could also be played with the teacher answering the questions based on students' collective response.
