Twentieth Century Resumes
Students will use the Alabama Virtual Library and other reference materials available in the library to create a resume for a twentieth century historical figure from United States history, science, or literature. The lesson is designed as a cooperative project between the classroom teacher and the library media specialist.

The goals of this EDSITEment lesson are to gain an appreciation for Greek drama through study of a play by Sophocles, to explore the cultural and historical context of Greek drama and its role in Greek society, and to reconstruct the experience of seeing a Greek drama performed and share that experience in an imaginative report.
